Beijing Huatai Law Firm (hereinafter “Huatai” or “we”) established in 1994, is
one of the first approved partnership law firms in China. We once assisted the Supreme People's Court to conduct the deliberated class of national court systematical negotiable securities buyback special umpire persons; assisted Supreme People's Court to conduct the training class on judging the national stock cases, established high prestige in this area.
